No newcomer to real estate, John Walenciak has been serving the needs of buyers and sellers with residential, farm and ranch properties for nearly three decades.
Originally from Oregon, John relocated to Broken Arrow, OK in 1964, and graduated from Broken Arrow High School in 1969. After spending two years in the U.S. Navy, John worked as an electrical contractor for 17 years. He spent the next 25 years working for the Broken Arrow Fire Department and retired as a Captain in 1999. Because of the flexibility in his schedule with the Fire Department, John obtained his real estate license in 1991 and worked as a REALTOR® on his days off. He went on to obtain his Broker Associate license.
John has spent a lifetime building relationships and helping others meet their goals and needs. He and his wife Becky, also a REALTOR®, work together specializing in Coweta and the surrounding counties. He attributes his success to his dependable and resourceful nature. With professionalism and proficiency, he ensures a successful transaction for his clients.
John is active in his community and has served as a board member for the Okmulgee County Cattlemen’s Association and is a member of the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association and The Realtors Land Institute, helping to increase exposure about the issues that matter most to land professionals. His motto is,
“Team Walenciak is Selling Rural America”
John and Becky own 40 acres in McIntosh County, where they raise cattle and horses. In his leisure time, he enjoys ranching and horseback riding.
